VIRO™ SPECIFICATION WARRANTY

Under normal use and proper care of VIRO™ products, Polymindo Permata, PT, provides the Specification Guarantee as follows:

• VIRO™ products are guaranteed free from defects of cracking, peeling, and breaking for 3 (three) years from time of delivery. The above guarantee does not cover failure or damage caused by improper and unreasonable applications, and/or abusive usage.
• VIRO™ products are guaranteed to withstand fading, weathering, and aging for 3 ( three ) years from time of delivery. However, pigmentation affects color consistency of VIRO™ products, this occurs in slightly different color variations in between production batches. Such facts cannot be avoided, but Polymindo Permata, PT, strives to ensure VIRO™ products. color consistency and manage color variations to an acceptable level.
• Polymindo Permata, PT will not be liable for incidental, consequential or indirect damages caused by negligence, infringement of contract or any liability arise in connection with VIRO™ products.
• The customer’s sole remedy and Polymindo Permata, PT’s sole liability for any claims will be at customer’s purchase price.
